First board shaped gets new life

This was the beginning of the obsession.

   After some education the blank was stripped and reshaped. This was bio foam eps, so i decided to move into some vac bagging and let the composite madness begin. A lot was done to get another board out of this mangled, misshaped blank. In turn effort was put in to get some rocker back out.

                                        Hickory veneer was added to give some deck strength.

                                                 Twin + single. All the options I'll ever need.
